These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of legacymagics.com and to purchases made from Legacy Magics. By using the website or placing an order, customers agree to these terms.

Legacy Magics is the trading name used for the online store available at legacymagics.com. The legal business name is TRADING PLAN LIMITED, company number 15336237.
Products and descriptions
Legacy Magics aims to present product descriptions, images, prices, materials, finishes, stones, sizes, and product information as accurately as possible. Product colors, stone tones, finishes, sizes, and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, production batches, hand-finishing, and material variation.
Materials, stones, and claims
Customers should read the product page carefully before ordering. Some products may use natural, lab-created, imitation, composite, plated, coated, or decorative materials. Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, products should not be treated as universally hypoallergenic, waterproof, tarnish-proof, or identical to every photo.
Orders
When a customer places an order, the customer is responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Legacy Magics may refuse, cancel, or review an order where fraud, incorrect information, payment issues, stock problems, abusive behavior, suspicious activity, or operational concerns are suspected.
Pricing and payment
Prices are displayed on the website and may change without notice. The final price shown at checkout applies at the time of purchase. Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed. Available payment methods may vary by country, provider, device, and checkout settings.
Shipping, delivery, and multi-package orders
Shipping and delivery rules are explained on the Shipping & Refunds page. Orders may be delivered in multiple packages depending on product availability, warehouse location, supplier route, fulfilment route, carrier handling, or logistics requirements. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated at checkout.
Incorrect addresses and undeliverable packages
Customers are responsible for entering correct delivery details. Legacy Magics is not responsible for failed delivery, extra costs, delays, returns, or lost parcels caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable customer information. Reshipping fees may apply where a package is returned, refused, abandoned, or undeliverable because of customer information or refusal.
Returns and refunds
Return and refund rules are explained on the Shipping & Refunds page. Customers should not return items without receiving return instructions first. Items returned to the wrong location may be delayed, refused, or not processed. Shipping fees, express upgrades, customs fees, taxes, return costs, or payment-provider charges may not be refundable unless required by applicable law or confirmed otherwise.
Product care and customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for using and caring for products properly. Jewellery should be kept away from water, sweat, perfume, chemicals, friction, and unnecessary impact. Damage caused by misuse, lack of care, accidents, modification, water exposure, chemical exposure, or normal wear may not be eligible for refund, replacement, or warranty support.
One Year Warranty
Legacy Magics may provide a One Year Warranty for eligible manufacturing-related issues after review, as described on the Details page. The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, water exposure, chemical exposure, impact damage, loss, theft, unauthorized repair, modification, or cosmetic changes caused by regular use.
Intellectual property
Website content, brand material, product text, images, graphics, layout, and other original materials belong to Legacy Magics or their respective rights holders. Customers may not copy, reproduce, scrape, resell, or misuse website content without permission.
Trademarks and sourcing
Any third-party trademarks or names mentioned remain the property of their respective owners. Product sourcing, fulfilment partners, supplier regions, warehouse routes, and supplier information may vary and are not published in detail for operational security and business protection.
Abuse, fraud, and malicious activity
Legacy Magics does not accept abusive, fraudulent, threatening, spam, or malicious activity. Scam attempts, impersonation, payment fraud, chargeback abuse, harassment, or attempts to harm the business may be recorded, blocked, investigated, and reported to the relevant authorities when appropriate.
Limitation of liability
Legacy Magics is not responsible for indirect losses, delays caused by third parties, customer errors, carrier delays, customs delays, technical interruptions, supplier delays, or events outside reasonable control, except where liability cannot be excluded by applicable law.
