    This page explains Legacy Magics shipping, delivery regions, processing times, returns, refunds, fulfilment information, multi-package delivery, damaged-item claims, and customer responsibilities. It replaces separate delivery, return, warehouse, and refund pages so customers can find the essential information in one place.

    Shipping and delivery regions

    Legacy Magics focuses on delivery to supported regions in Europe and North America. Shipping availability can depend on country, carrier access, customs rules, product type, and checkout settings. If your destination is not available at checkout, please contact support before ordering.

    Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless clearly stated at checkout. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs inspections, public holidays, high order volume, weather, seasonal demand, or incorrect customer information.

    Processing and estimated delivery times

    Many standard items are prepared within 1–3 business days. Custom, engraved, made-to-order, or special items may require 7–15 business days before dispatch. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

    Standard delivery is generally estimated at 10–20 business days after processing. Express delivery, when available, is generally estimated at 5–10 business days after processing. Some delayed parcels can take longer because of customs, carrier congestion, regional disruptions, or other conditions outside Legacy Magics’ direct control.

    Warehouse locations and fulfilment

    Legacy Magics may use multiple warehouse, supplier, or fulfilment locations to prepare and ship orders. Fulfilment may involve regions such as China, Europe, the United States, or other approved logistics routes depending on stock availability, product type, shipping destination, logistics performance, and carrier access.

    For security and operational reasons, exact supplier names, private warehouse addresses, private phone numbers, internal routes, buying costs, and unnecessary operational details are not published. Customers do not need these details to place an order.

    Fulfilment coverage Orders may be prepared from different regions depending on stock, product type, and delivery efficiency.
    Return destination The return location may be different from the shipping warehouse and must be confirmed before sending an item back.
    Customer action Customers do not need to choose a warehouse at checkout.
    Multi-package delivery disclaimer

    Some orders may be delivered in more than one package. This may happen when products are stored in different locations, shipped by different logistics partners, prepared at different times, or separated to improve delivery efficiency.

    If your order is split into multiple packages, each package may have a different tracking number, delivery date, or tracking update. Receiving one package does not always mean the full order has been completed. Please check all available tracking information before contacting support.

    Incorrect address and undeliverable packages

    Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details at checkout. Legacy Magics is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, lost parcels, extra fees, or returns caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

    If a parcel is returned, refused, abandoned, or marked undeliverable because of customer information or delivery refusal, reshipping fees may apply. Express shipping upgrades, customs charges, taxes, and carrier fees may not be refundable unless required by applicable law or confirmed otherwise by Legacy Magics.

    Returns

    If you wish to request a return, please contact Legacy Magics through the Contact Us page and select Shipping & Refunds. Include your order number when available and explain the reason for your request.

    Returned items must usually be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with the original packaging where applicable. Items showing signs of wear, damage, misuse, alteration, missing parts, or hygiene concerns may be refused.

    Do not send items back without receiving return instructions first. Return destinations may vary depending on the product, warehouse, supplier, or fulfilment route. Items sent to the wrong location may be delayed, refused, or not processed.

    Refunds

    Refunds are reviewed after the return request is assessed and, where applicable, after the returned item is received and inspected. If approved, the refund is usually issued to the original payment method.

    Shipping fees, express upgrades, customs fees, taxes, return costs, or payment-provider charges may not be refundable unless required by applicable law or unless Legacy Magics confirms otherwise.

    Incorrect, damaged, or missing items

    If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, please use the Contact Us page and select Order Support or Shipping & Refunds. Contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a clear explanation, and photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label where relevant.
