Jewellery Care

Remove jewellery before showering, swimming, exercising, sleeping, washing hands where possible, or any activity involving moisture. Water, sweat, humidity, chlorine, and salt water can affect plating, finish, stones, adhesives, and overall appearance over time.

Keep jewellery away from perfume, lotion, cleaning products, chlorine, salt water, alcohol-based products, makeup, hair products, sanitizers, and harsh chemicals. Apply cosmetics first and allow them to dry before putting jewellery on.

Store items separately in a dry pouch, jewellery box, or soft cloth. Separate storage helps reduce scratches, tangling, friction, plating wear, stone damage, and accidental bending. Avoid leaving jewellery in bathrooms, cars, direct sunlight, or humid places.

Use a soft, dry cloth after wearing. Do not use abrasive materials, toothpaste, aggressive cleaners, ultrasonic cleaners, or chemical dips unless they are clearly approved for the product material. If unsure, clean only with a dry cloth.

Avoid impact, pressure, pulling, bending, and sudden temperature changes, especially for stone-set pieces. Stone-set jewellery should be handled gently and stored carefully when not worn. Do not force adjustable pieces around stones or settings.

Normal wear can occur over time, especially on pieces worn every day. Proper care helps reduce tarnishing, scratches, plating wear, fading, stone loosening, and accidental damage, but it cannot make delicate jewellery indestructible.

Damage caused by water, sweat, perfume, chemicals, impact, improper storage, misuse, unauthorized repair, modification, or normal wear is not usually covered by warranty. Follow the care instructions carefully and contact support if you believe an issue is manufacturing-related.
