How can I contact Legacy Magics?
Please use the Contact Us form and choose the subject that best matches your request. For order questions, include your order number if available.
How can I track my order?
Use the Order Tracking page and enter your tracking details when available. Tracking information may take time to update after dispatch.
Why did I receive only part of my order?
Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on stock location, product availability, warehouse processing, or carrier handling. If this happens, each package may have its own tracking update and delivery date.
Where do you ship from?
Legacy Magics may use multiple warehouse or fulfilment locations depending on product availability and destination. This helps improve delivery options and processing time. Warehouse information is kept general for security and operational protection.
Can I return my order?
Return and refund information is available on the Shipping & Refunds page. Items must meet the return conditions stated there. Please do not return items before receiving return instructions.
How do I choose the right size?
Please check the Size Guide before ordering. If you are between two sizes, choose the option that best matches your comfort preference and product type.
What stones do you use?
Stone and product-detail information is available on the Details page. Product appearance may vary slightly because stone color, tone, texture, and pattern can differ from one item to another.
How should I care for my jewellery?
Avoid water, sweat, perfume, chemicals, and impact. Store jewellery separately in a dry place when not worn. More care guidance is available on the Jewellery Care page.
Is there a warranty?
Legacy Magics offers a One Year Warranty for eligible issues as described on the Details page. The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, water damage, chemical exposure, loss, theft, or unauthorized modification.
Do you accept advertiser or partnership requests?
