Stones are an important part of the Legacy Magics identity. They give each piece more character, visual depth, and symbolic value. Stone color, pattern, shade, shine, texture, clarity, and surface detail may vary from one item to another.

Depending on the product, stones may be natural, lab-created, imitation, composite, decorative, or stone-like. Product photos represent the style and appearance of the item, but every unit may not be identical. Lighting, photography, screen settings, hand-finishing, and production batches can affect how stones appear online.

Legacy Magics aims to provide clear product information so customers understand what they are buying. Materials, finishes, plating, stone type, and product characteristics should be checked on the relevant product page before ordering.

If a product uses plated, coated, natural, synthetic, imitation, lab-created, or composite materials, the product page should describe this as clearly as possible. Customers should follow jewellery-care instructions to preserve the product as long as possible.

Legacy Magics may work with supplier, warehouse, and fulfilment partners in regions such as China, Europe, the United States, or other approved locations depending on product availability, quality checks, stock, and delivery route. Exact supplier names, private contacts, internal routes, and operational addresses are not published for business and security reasons.

Small differences in color, tone, weight, size, texture, polish, setting, shine, finish, engraving placement, or stone appearance may occur because of production batches, hand-finishing, material variation, stone variation, and photography conditions. These differences are not automatically defects.

Jewellery should be kept away from water, sweat, perfume, chemicals, impact, friction, and unsafe storage. Put jewellery on last and remove it first. Customer care affects how long the finish, stones, and settings remain in good condition.

Legacy Magics offers a One Year Warranty for eligible product issues. The warranty is designed to support customers when a product has a qualifying manufacturing-related defect under normal use.

The warranty may cover manufacturing-related issues after review. It does not cover normal wear, scratches, tarnishing caused by wear, fading caused by chemicals or water, accidental damage, loss, theft, misuse, impact damage, unauthorized repair, modification, or failure to follow care instructions.
